About Our Fragrance Materials
Not every beautiful aroma exists as an essential oil. Apple, for example, does not produce an essential oil that smells like freshly sliced apple.
For notes like these, we use carefully selected professional perfumery materials alongside essential oils and botanical materials where appropriate. We review available safety and regulatory documentation, including applicable IFRA standards, and formulate according to appropriate usage levels for the finished product.
This allows us to create fragrances that smell authentically layered and complex without pretending an essential oil exists when it doesn’t.
